Celebrating Saki Bailey—One of the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business!
We’re thrilled to share some incredible news: Saki Bailey, Executive Director of the San Francisco Community Land Trust (SFCLT), has been named one of the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business for 2025!
This prestigious recognition honors Saki’s bold and visionary leadership in advancing affordable housing and racial equity across San Francisco. With a career rooted in community law, cooperative housing, and economic justice, Saki brings both deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to her work.
Since stepping into the role of Executive Director, Saki has led SFCLT through some of its most transformative milestones. Under her guidance, SFCLT has grown its reach, deepened its partnerships, and remained fiercely committed to our mission: building community ownership, fighting displacement, and keeping San Francisco home for all.
We’re beyond proud to see Saki honored alongside so many incredible leaders—and we know this recognition reflects not only her individual brilliance but also the collective power of the community land trust movement she helps lead every day.
