Kelly Groth is a seasoned policy strategist, organizer, and campaign consultant with over a decade of experience in political campaigns, community advocacy, and operations. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kelly is committed to building grassroots power and advancing progressive policy through strategic, community-driven advocacy.

She began her policy career at NextGen California, where she advocated for voting rights legislation and supported community-led outreach efforts for the 2020 Census. Kelly later served as a legislative aide to Supervisor Connie Chan, focusing on housing affordability, public transit, and environmental policy. 

In 2024, Kelly founded Growth Political Strategies, a woman-owned consulting firm that supports campaigns, nonprofits, and community organizations. Her work centers on affordable housing policy, securing public funding for housing, and promoting economic justice.
